Life is an adventure, and mostly the adventure is in our own relationship with ourselves.
Do you feel like you need to take time out? Get on top of your self-care? Maybe you're not feeling as in control as you'd like to be? Not sleeping properly? Doing, doing, doing and yet not achieving the things you'd like to? Would you like to feel calmer, more relaxed? Would you like to reconnect with that which is truely important in your life? Then this might just be what you need.
Using Zen as the guiding principle throughout this day, we will take part in a number of practices to help us drop that which no longer serves us, to help us relax into a place where we can reconnect with our inner wisdom and come back to a more congruent version of ourselves. These practices will include yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. We will also take part in a yoga Nidra practice, often referred to as Yogic sleep, this practice allows us to deeply rest and connect with our deepest self.
Itinerary
The itinerary will be unique to the group of women who attend, with arrival at 10am, you will be ready to drive away refreshed and renewed by 1600. The day will be paced according to the needs of the group.
